Patrick Kennedy Returns to the Evansville IceMen (Again)

Less than one week since being recalled by the Utica Comets of the AHL (again), foward Patrick Kennedy returns to the Evansville IceMen (again).

Kennedy has appeared in nine games with the IceMen this season, scoring four goals and helping on seven others for 11 points on the season. The Dorchester, ON native has multiple points in four of these contests and has only been kept off the scoreboard twice.

With Kennedy in the lineup, the IceMen are 6-1-1-1.

The IceMen have most of the week off to prepare for a two-game weekend series at home against in-state rivals, the Fort Wayne Komets Friday and Saturday night. Coverage begins at 7pm on ESPN Evansville 105.3 each night.

Saturday’s game is Townsquare Media Night (ESPN Evansville 105.3′s parent company), and will feature the annual Teddy Bear Toss for 911 Gives Hope. Fans who bring a stuffed animal to the game will have the opportunity to toss them on the ice after the IceMen’s first goal of the game, whenever that may occur. All animals will be collected and professionally cleaned before being donated.
