One of the best events of the year will go down inside the Ford Center on Saturday, April 7th when the first bell rings for Guns & Hoses 11, and now we know who will be going toe-to-toe with the release of the official fight card!

30 men and women, who have been training for months, will face off in 15 fights over the course of the evening. This year's event will feature a mix of Guns & Hoses veterans such as Rob "Butterbean" Ralph, Chad "Donk" Emsweller, Paige Jones, Sam "Steel Hammer" Smith, Dylan Basham, and more, along with a handful of newcomers facing off in exhibition boxing matches consisting of three - one minute rounds.

100% of the profits from the event (and every Guns & Hoses) goes directly to local police and fire department charity 911 Gives Hope who in turn distribute the proceeds to other Evansville-area charities focused on improving the lives of children in our community.

If you've never been to Guns & Hoses, do yourself a favor and get tickets! It's so much more than just two people punching each other in a boxing ring (although that's obviously the main draw). The masterminds behind the night (mainly Evansville Police Chief Billy Bolin) truly make a show out of it with pyrotechnics, video boards, walk out songs for each fighter, and more. It's awesome!

And if for some reason you think the fighters aren't giving it their all because they don't want to hurt each other or because they're friends, check out the fight between Shelly Wallace with the Vanderburgh County Sheriff's Office and Haley McKinney with Owensboro-Daviess County Ambulance from last year's event below. If this doesn't get you pumped for this year, I don't know what will.
