I think it's safe to say that the average Colts fan didn't expect our boys in blue to be 5-3 right now and riding a 3-game winning streak. They certainly surprised me (pleasantly). Well, the Colts are playing in prime time tonight, taking on the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Indianapolis Colts announced earlier that their new head coach Chuck Pagano has been diagnosed with a "serious illness" that would require him to miss some time on the sidelines. In a recent press conference, Colts owner Jim Irsay confirmed that the illness was indeed leukemia.
I always get a kick out of seeing professional athletes doing funny stuff...when they're not too tough to be goofy for a little bit. And it's even better when it's an athlete that you know and like, and one that plays for YOUR team.
