Sorry guys, but it's going to rain on your parade - literally.

In true Evansville fashion, at least as of lately, it's going to rain yet again this week. A lot.

According to WEHT Meteorologist Ron Rhodes, there's a chance of rain every day this week. And in case time has gotten away from you, that means there's a chance for rain on Thursday, July 4.

Ron Rhodes said there's a high chance for showers and thunderstorms all day on the 4th of July, but the rain should die down right around sunset. That means you might be able to watch the fireworks without your umbrella.

However, I'd still recommend wearing your rainboots because the ground will be squishy and muddy after days of consistent rain.
