St. Louis Cardinals

We might not be done with football just yet, but man I am so ready for St. Louis Cardinals baseball. This season the Cardinals are rolling out over 30 theme events throughout the season.

It's one thing to be a great baseball player, but it's quite another to be an even better person. That's a pretty good description of St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Paul Goldschmidt who just helped a St. Louis family finally have a home of their own.

I wanted to take a few days before writing this to talk to friends and make sure I'm not writing out of pure emotion and/or frustration. Now, I think it's time to try and make sense of the awkward end of the St. Louis Cardinals season.

Even though the St. Louis Cardinals have one of the best records in baseball this season, experts have made them a longshot to win the World Series this year.

I think many of us diehard St. Louis Cardinals fans would love to say thank you to Albert Pujols and Yadier Molina for all of the great memories they've provided over the years. While we may not be able to do that in person, it is possible to sign huge thank you cards this weekend inside Busch Stadium.
