Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden invites youngsters to be a part of an unforgettable autumn adventure! Registration is officially open for Fall Camp Zoofari, happening October 13th-15th.
The “Fall Feast-ival” theme gives campers the chance to discover the fascinating connections in the natural world. From plants to predators, participants will explore how every living thing plays a role in the food chain. The camp combines interactive games, hands-on activities, animal encounters, and guided zoo exploration to make learning both exciting and memorable.
What Mesker Park Zoo Campers Will Experience
During Fall Camp Zoofari, kids will:
- Learn the difference between carnivores, herbivores, and omnivores.
- Discover how animals at Mesker Park Zoo are fed and cared for.
- Explore predator-prey relationships in the wild.
- Gain a better understanding of where our own food comes from and how it has been domesticated over time.
By blending education with adventure, the camp helps children develop an appreciation for wildlife, ecosystems, and sustainable living.

Fall Camp Zoofari is an incredible opportunity for kids to engage with nature while having fun at one of Evansville’s most beloved attractions. Spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged.

- Single day $45
- Week (3 days) $120 (discount applies at checkout)
Fall Camp Zoofari Hours
- Camp: 9am – 4pm
- Drop off: 8:45am – 9am
- Pickup: 3:45pm – 4pm
- Extended care: 7:30am – 9am to 4pm – 5:30pm
Fall Camp Zoofari Deadlines
- Registration or cancellation – October 6th (Monday) at noon (12PM).
- Purchase extras (Ext. Care) – October 6th (Monday) at noon (12PM)
