What Is Día de los Muertos?

Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a traditional Mexican celebration honoring loved ones who have passed. Known for its festive colors, sugar skulls, and marigold flowers, the holiday brings families together to celebrate the lives of those who have passed, rather than mourning their loss. This event is a cherished time to remember and celebrate ancestors, complete with food, music, and beautiful altars adorned with photos, candles, and keepsakes.
