Black Friday, Shop Small Saturday and Cyber Monday are all in the books. Now, we turn our attention to the very deserving non-profits for Giving Tuesday. Props to our friend, Mallorie Cloum, for putting together a lot of this list of local non-profits.

Susan G. Komen Evansville Tri-State - Saving lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer. Our Community Grants program is designed to make systemic, lasting change in our community. We are proud to have invested more than $7.8 million locally since 1999. Our funding cycle runs from April 1 – March 31 every year.

Granted - Granted is a community based non-profit organization based in Evansville, Indiana dedicated to granting wishes to children in Southwestern Indiana, Southeastern Illinois, and Western Kentucky, who are ages 3-18 with terminal or life threatening illnesses.

4C of Southern Indiana, Inc.. - 4C serves as the official child care resource and referral agency for Southwestern Indiana.

AIDS Resource Group - The AIDS Resource Group works to provide quality specialized case management, HIV prevention education, and supportive services to people living with, at-risk for or affected by HIV/AIDs

Albion Fellows Bacon Center - Men, women, and children may access potentially life-saving services with Albion via emergency shelter or advocacy. Albion also provides primary prevention education to teens in school settings.

The Arc of Evansville - Arc of Evansville (not to be confused with ARK) provides opportunities for development, employment, and independence for individuals with disabilities.

Ark Crisis Child Care Center - ARK is a licensed daycare that gives families childcare in times of stress.

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - Leading the Way the World Understands, Treats and Defeats Childhood Cancer. Families Never Receive a Bill from StJude for Treatment, Travel, Housing or Food. No Family Receives a Bill. Help End Childhood Cancer. 501(c)(3) 100% Tax-Deductible.

The Isaiah 117 Project - Working with the community to provide services and support for families, and a Bag of Hope for Children in foster care. They're matching $7 million in donations first-come, first-served on Dec 3. To spread the matched donations to more causes, matching terms apply.

Aurora Evansville - Aurora provides outreach programs to homeless individuals in our area, including rapid rehousing and advocacy.

Chemo Buddies - Chemo Buddies provides support to those with cancer, including support inside and out of the treatment room.

It Takes a Village No-Kill Rescue - It Takes A Village Rescue, Inc. is a no-kill rescue located in Evansville, Indiana dedicated to doing what it takes to find loving homes for stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals, and to keep these animals safe and free from further suffering. Dream Center Evansville - The Dream Center works to empower children and families to be successful members of the community.

Easterseals Rehabilitation Center - ERC provides services, education, outreach, and advocacy so that people with disabilities can live, learn, work and play in our communities.

Evansville African American Museum - EAAM works to develop a resource and cultural center to collect, preserve, and educate the public on the history and traditions of African American families, organizations, and communities.

Evansville Rescue Mission - ERM serves homeless men in our community with safe shelter and shelter, and also serves area youth. Your gift supports our efforts to provide a home for the hurting and homeless this Christmas. Text REJOICE to 313131 to provide help for a neighbor in need.

Gilda's Club Evansville - Gilda's Club extends its services to those impacted by cancer-- including friends, family, and loved ones. They provide support groups and various activities.

Love the 812 - Love the 812 helps the broken and hurting by meeting basic needs.
They partner with local non-profits who are doing good and supporting the cities of Newburgh/Chandler and surrounding communities

Holly's House - Holly's House is an amazing organization that provides a safe reporting location for victims of intimate crime, their families, and communities while providing support, promoting justice, and preventing violence.

Lampion Center - Lampion is affordable resources with counseling for Children, Adults, and Families who are experiencing trauma, life stress, relationship issues, parenting support issues, anxiety/depression, abuse/violence, or child behavior issues.

The Literacy Center - Literacy Center strives to educate individuals in our community, so they can live happier, healthier, more independent lives.

United Way of Southwestern Indiana - United Way works with area non-profits to ensure that your dollars go to ethical, reliable non-profit agencies in town.

Vanderburgh Humane Society, Inc. - VHS will always hold a special place in our hearts, and the hearts of many with the animals they help find homes!

Youth Resources of Southwestern Indiana - Youth Resources uplifts teens in our area and gives them the space to grow with confidence via Teen Power, Teen Court, and Teen Advisory Council.
