Pinball, classic arcade games, alcohol, and raising money for a great cause? That's a win-win for everybody!

The owners of High Score Saloon on the Main Street Walkway in downtown Evansville have become known for their commitment to giving back to the community, a commitment that will continue this Friday night when they host a give back for the Tri-State chapter of Make-A-Wish.

Beginning at 5:00 p.m. and continuing until 1:00 a.m. Saturday morning, the adults-only arcade will charge you $4.00 to get in the door, then donate all that money PLUS every penny (or quarter, I suppose) dropped into their pinball machines during that time.

The money raised from the giveback will go directly to Make-A-Wish who will use the proceeds to help fulfill the wishes of 16 children living here in the Tri-State. According to a press release provided by the non-profit, the average cost of fulfilling a child's wish is around $8,000. Multiply that by 16, and it goes without saying that every quarter played Friday night counts.

So grab a group of friends or family, a bag full of quarters, and get ready to set those high scores Friday night.
