The Tri-State is never short on compassion for those who need help. The ongoing government shutdown is yet another example of that with several businesses and restaurants offering free food to local government employees who are either not working, or are working, but not getting paid. You can now count Hacienda to that list.

The popular Mexican restaurant is offering those employees one of their famous wet burritos until the shutdown ends.

The deal is good for one ground beef, shredded beef, shredded chicken, or shredded pork burrito per employee per day, and you must show proof of government employment with your ID to take advantage of the offer.
