Who loves to turn on the TV and search for scary movies? Although it rarely happens in any month but October, AMC always takes advantage and unleashes its annual "Fear Fest". Cue the maniacal laugh.

What's cool about 'Fear Fest' is that there's a very heavy emphasis on the Halloween films. Yes, even the skewed 1983 sequel Halloween III: Season of the Witch. However, the non-Michael Myers sequel is not among the titles in this year's schedule, bummer.

There's a lot of Jason Vorhees in the schedule too, this Friday and part of Saturday (10/18-19) will be dedicated to the Friday the 13th series.

On the final day of 'Fear Fest', it's all the Halloween you can handle minus parts two and three. Also, and you may have to set your DVR, the channel will re-air last year's phenomenal Eli Roth's History of Horror, which dives into all the things we love about scary movies.

Oh heck, set it anyway. See the full 'Fear Fest' schedule HERE.
