Yahoo! Sues Facebook For Patent Infringement [Video]

Just a few weeks before Facebook goes public, Yahoo! has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the social networking giant.

The lawsuit alleges Facebook has infringed on 10 of Yahoo's patents covering privacy controls, advertising and social networking.

The lawsuit asks for unspecified damages and a jury trial. It likely will be settled out of court and the resulting actions sealed.

Its estimated once Facebook cashes in on its initial public stock offering, the company could be worth $100 billion.
