We are almost through June, which means the MLB All-Star game is approaching along with the same question that gets asked every season — who should decide the All-Star team rosters? Right now, the players selected to the MLB All-Star game are chosen by fan voting with players, coaches and managers allowed to vote. In baseball, the winner of the All-Star game has an effect on the Fall Classic — the winning league gets home field advantage in the World Series.

With such stakes on the line, who should have more say in the roster selection? Should it be primarily voted on by fans? Should players have more of a say in who makes the squad? Perhaps the managers of each team should be able to choose his roster?

What do you think?
