I love that feeling of fall, when the air gets crisp and autumn sights and smells are abundant. And, with a little girl who is just a few months past one-year-old, I enjoy making memories with her.

I searched the internet looking for places to take her that she could enjoy. This week, we were invited to go spend the evening at Cates Farm in Henderson. Cates Farm is a real working farm that also has an interesting element - a fall family fun area. We picked out a tiny pumpkin for her and a bigger one for daddy. Then she had a big time playing in the corn box. It's like a sandbox but with corn! We rounded out the evening with a weenie and marshmallow roast and a hay ride. Here are some of the highlights of our evening:
