What to Binge Watch on Amazon and Netflix this Fall

That time of year is here again and we are in our Snuggies in front of a screen wanting to be entertained. Here is my Fall binge guide for 2014.

Amazon Prime:

Transparent

The pilot is free right now for everyone to get you hooked. This new series is a great look into how a family deals when an adult father comes to terms with the fact that he is a she. It stars Jeffery Tambor of Arrested Development fame.

Alpha House

This hilarious series is in its 2^nd season. It is a sitcom about a house of republican elected officials. It stars John Goodman who we (mostly) all remember from Roseanne. It shows some of the most ridiculous positions an elected official can get into.

Netflix:

Orange is the New Black

This is a great look from one woman’s point of view of life in prison. It does not match up to the book but I preferred the show. It has a great diverse cast with Laverne Cox who was recently featured on Time. This series now has 2 seasons for you to immerse yourself in.

Arrow

This is a great series with enough eye candy for everyone. It is on season 3 on the CW but the first two seasons are there for your enjoyment.

Hemlock Grove

Eli Roth is an Executive Producer of this other worldly series it follows a lot of the same lines of the other series in the genre.

Dusk Till Dawn

This follow up to the movie is now streaming the first season.
