When I was checking out my Facebook news feed today, I noticed the Warrick Humane Society had posted this to their page.

A lot of agencies and shelters in the area rely on foster homes to help them keep up with the abundance of homeless animals in the area.

According to Lindsey Byers, WHS Director, "Fostering is a very rewarding way to help local animals in need. Finding good foster homes who are willing to commit and to helping the animal for the time period needed, which can be very lengthy, can be challenging."

This little gal will be especially challenging because she will have a few pups with her but I can't imagine the work wouldn't be worth it - who wouldn't want a brood of adorable, sweet puppies running around?!

To inquire about this mama dog, contact the Warrick Humane Society on Facebook or to find a better suited foster dog for your family visit PAAWS or It Takes a Village Canine Rescue.
