Every week, Amanda Coburn from the Vanderburgh Humane Society sends me several pics of pets that are looking for a forever home. Take a look!

DOGS

Rue – Meet Rue, a 1-year-old female hound mix! This petite gal is crate-trained, gets along with other dogs, and has a good history with kids. She can be adventurous, so a high fenced –in yard is required for her adopters specifically. Her $100 adoption fee includes her spay, microchip, vaccines, and more! www.vhslifesaver.org or (812) 426-2563.

Sadie – Sadie is a 9-year-old female Shepherd mix! She is truly beautiful, inside and out. She happens to be heartworm-positive, but don’t worry – VHS will cover cost of treatment! Her $100 adoption fee includes her spay, microchip, vaccines, heartworm treatment, and more! www.vhslifesaver.org or (812) 426-2563.

CAT

Peppa – This sweet female brown tabby is Peppa! She was adopted from VHS, but then returned for sudden “allergies.” She’s a little over 2 years old. Peppa is litter-trained, and even rides quietly & patiently in her carrier in the car! Her $30 fee includes her spay, microchip, vaccines, & more. www.vhslifesaver.org or (812) 426-2563. She can go home TODAY!

RABBIT

Fuzzle – This sweetheart is Fuzzle, a 1-year-old female albino New Zealand rabbit! DON’T fall for the “red eyes are evil” trick; New Zealands are the sweetest bunnies in the world, and often wait on homes for months or years because people have silly unfounded fears about red-eyed albino animals. Fuzzle is no exception. VHS is overrun with rabbits at the moment, and really needs some adoptions! Her $30 adoption fee includes her SPAY (a $150+ value!) She can go home today, already fixed! www.vhslifesaver.org or (812) 426-2563.
