Earlier this year, Millennium agreed to sell its 11 radio stations to Oaktree Capital, the private equity firm backing Townsquare Media, and that transaction closed this week. Now, paperwork is filed to officially move the former Millennium radio stations under the Townsquare banner. Townsquare owns some 170 stations across the country in medium and small markets. Millennium CEO Bill Saurer exits and the new general manager for the 11 stations is Zoe Burdine-Fly.
