For as much as 'The Mindy Project' has failed to catch fire in the ratings, the Mindy Kaling-fronted series does attract some impressive stars. According to information revealed at the most recent Television Critics Association press tour, Seth Rogen marks the latest Hollywood talent to pop up on the fledgling FOX series.

According to the comments, Rogen will take the role of Sam, Mindy's "first kiss" from Jewish summer camp, presumably to be shown in flashback. Rogen will appear in the February 19 installment "The One That Got Away," in which the two will rekindle their youthful fling.

Kaling and Rogen actually have a history of collaboration together, most recently on the big screen with 'This Is the End,' and dating back to a brief scene the pair shared in 'The 40 Year-Old Virgin.'
