You've seen the countless images and videos of the rampant destruction throughout Joplin, Missouri being shown on TV and online and you've probably wondered if there is something that you could do to help. For a lot of people, heading out there right now and assisting people with the clean-up effort is not possible, but there is still something that you can do to help. Donations are now being accepted throughout the Tri-State at various locations.

Move over, Chris Christie: There's a new Governor in town -- and he's only 4 years old.

Yep, just a few days after a YouTube video went viral, in which little Jesse Koczon was filmed crying because he was "too small" to be Governor of New Jersey, Christie signed a proclamation yesterday declaring Koczon an honorary governor.

Even better: the Koczon family reportedly received a special tour of the governor's office.

'Captain America: The First Avenger' Trailer: Red, White and Awesome

Today, movie fans are being treated to the full-length trailer for Marvel's hotly anticipated flick 'Captain America: The First Avenger.'

The brand-new preview offers a better glimpse of the story, which follows protagonist Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), a scrawny Army recruit who participates in an experimental program that transforms his body and allows him to become Captain America.

The trailer also shows a bit more of Captain America's nemesis, The Red Skull (Hugo Weaving), who already has us shaking in our boots.

First, he went after Rosie O'Donnell, and now, reality television personality Donald Trump has found himself feuding with another 'View' co-host: Whoopi Goldberg.

The fight went down on today's episode, during which Barbara Walters mentioned Trump's recent comments about wanting Barack Obama to show his birth certificate to prove he was actually born in the United States.

In Belgium Mardi Gras is the most important day of the year. Belgians celebrate the Carnival of Binche in the city of Binche, which features lots of music and dancing.

Sweden celebrates Fettisdagen, translating to "Fat Tuesday."

In Canada Mardi Gras is celebrated throughout the country, especially in the french-speaking Quebec, where the Quebec Winter Carnival is one of the most iconic of Canadian festivals.

Product placement has been a part of TV and movies since their beginnings, and finally someone's put together a video montage of laughably obvious placement moments — for historical purposes, of course. Fred and Wilma Flintstone split a pack of Winstons while Bugs Bunny unironically urges the children of America to drink the Kool-Aid.

Mardi Gras is French for "Fat Tuesday," a reference to the binge eating a lot of Catholics do before Lent. As is often the case with holidays, the Christian roots are intertwined with earlier pagan practices. It was very common for early church fathers to integrate elements of pagan ritual in an attempt to attract potential converts.

Mardi Gras itself originated in the Middle Ages and was brought to the U.S. by the French explorer Iberville. In 1827, Parisian-style masked balls were legalized in New Orleans after a long period of prohibition. The celebration soon became known for its celebrants' raucous behavior during fanciful parades.

Mom Forces Son To Wear Sign Detailing His Bad Grades [VIDEO]

15-year-old James Mond is being forced by his mother to stand on various Tampa, Florida street corners with a sign that details his poor GPA and bad score on an achievement test.

The sign encourages motorists to “Honk if I need an education.”

Rhoda Holder says James will have to perform this task for a week, and believes her tough love will prevent her child from becoming a drop out.

Psychologist Stacey Scheckner, who My Fox Tampa spoke to, thinks this humiliating technique will backfire and result in James acting out more.
