When winter weather forces schools to be closed, I always figure it's for the safety of the kids. But, I've also noticed school-aged teens out and driving on the days that schools have felt are too dangerous for them to drive to school. Most young drivers are barely equipped to drive, let alone in dangerous conditions.

Parents, do you let high school students drive on snow days? Non-parents, you should get a vote too since you are on the road with these novice drivers. Should law enforcement be able to ticket teens who are driving on snow days?

Let's hear it!
