‘Shape Up With Santa’ This Saturday at Swonder Ice Arena with Energize Evansville

Mayor Lloyd Winnecke invites the community to “Shape-up with Santa” at Swonder Ice Arena this Saturday, December 15th from 8am to 10am during Energize Evansville’s Fitness in the Park and receive a free pass to “Skate with Santa” from 1pm to 3pm. the same day.

“Shape-up with Santa” will also feature a warm-up walk and stretching around the Swonder track and circuit exercises, including Vitality Jump (how many times you can jump rope in 1 minute), beginning Zumba and strength training.
