I'd like to think that a video like this would inspire me to come up with my own DIY project...but instead, I end up feeling worse about myself and even more incompetent than usual. Hopefully you'll feel the former while watching this guy at work.

This really is an amazing and inspiring video/project. Aside from having the knowledge and discipline to finish a project like this, I think the most impressive aspect is the fact that he used traditional hand tools only, nothing electric. Wow!

If you find yourself with some extra time and the materials/tools, maybe you could take a crack at something like this. I really encourage you to at least take six minutes to watch this video.

By the way, his guy's name is Chris and he has a handful of other videos on his YouTube channel. Perhaps you can learn a thing or two from some of them as well.
