If you think you have the skills to compete with some of the best in Evansville, put your clubs where you mouth is and sign up for the annual Courier-Press City Golf Tournament.

Everyone participating this year will have a high bar to clear thanks to last year's champion, Dylan Meyer who beat the previous tournament record score of 17-under, set by Kevin Wassmer in 2002, by two strokes after carding a 6-under on the final round at the Evansville Country Club. Meyer is currently enrolled at the University of Illinois where he is also a member of the golf team.

Registration for this year's tourney is underway through the Evansville City Golf website. Deadline for entry is July 3rd at 6pm. Late registrations will not be accepted.
