The night will feature performances from artists signed to Nkosi Records, the label founded by Evansville Police Detective Nathan Schroer who passed away earlier this week after a 10 year battle with leukemia.

Schroer, who's strong faith became an inspiration for thousands during his fight against cancer, founded Nksoi Records with fellow detective, Brian Turpin, with the goal of producing gospel-inspired, hip-hop and R&B music with a positive message.

The Christmas Pageant Concert will take place in the auditorium of the old North High School at the intersection of Diamond Avenue and Stringtown Road on Evansville's north side beginning at 7pm. Doors open at 5:30.

Artists scheduled to perform include:

  • Family Force 5
  • Flame
  • We As Human
  • VRose
  • E2

Tickets are $10 each, with VIP meet and greet tickets also available for $25. All tickets can be purchased online.

Schroer's employer at the time of his passing, the Evansville Police Department is encouraging residents to turn out in droves to honor Nathan's memory.
