The parade will begin at 2pm with the Old Dam Band leading the way through historic downtown Newburgh on State and Water Streets.  Moms and Dads are encouraged to bring the children in costume and participate in the costume contests, games, and other fun planned events.  Make sure the kids take advantage of trick or treating through the downtown area merchants, too!

Afterwards, the Harvest Festival & Market will take place from 3pm - 6pm at the Newburgh Town Hall parking lot along the Ohio River,  23 W Jennings Street, Newburgh.
Families can enjoy all the free kids activities and a harvest farmer's market, live entertainment, and more!

Parking is available at the Newburgh Elementary School, just a short distance away from the riverfront.

  • Free kids activities 3pm-6pm
  • Free pony rides 3pm-5pm
  • Free pedicab rides 3pm-5pm
