I thought I was pretty crafty last year when I helped my daughter make a janky gingerbread house. I don't know where to find actual gingerbread so we improvised with graham crackers and leftover Halloween candy!

Lori Taylor, a teacher at Newburgh United Methodist Preschool, takes gingerbread housing to a whole new level! She makes some really amazing "homes" that are completely Hansel and Gretel approved!

And, her entry is nothing short of amazing! The overall presentation is incredibly creative and the detail work is perfect. I would have just scrapped the whole thing at the roof! Let's not forget Ms. Taylor works with preschoolers - she has the patience of a Saint!

Ms. Taylor posted to Facebook, "I'm happy to say that I am finished with this year's gingerbread with 36 hours to spare until the ride to Louisville. It's been a fun project, but labor intensive. I sure hope you get to make the ride to the Galt House to see the gingerbread and all of the wonderful holiday decorations. It is an amazing sight! PS.....please don't say anything about my green tongue. I have absolutely no clue as to how it got that way!!🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲"

We wish Ms. Taylor luck!
