The 6th annual 911 Gives Hope Guns & Hoses charity boxing event is scheduled for Saturday, April 20th at the Ford Center. Tickets are available HERE. As always, proceeds go to benefit local children’s charities. The firefighters were victorious last year and the cops are more determined than ever!
And speaking of the firefighters…can you guess how old the Evansville Fire Department is turning this year (without cheating)? Assistant Chief Anslinger and Mayor Winnecke discuss the history of the EFD and some of the changes in technology which have made fighting fires safer for everyone.
