Mayor Winnecke Breaks Down His Roberts Stadium Recommendation [Audio]

A week ago today, Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke made his recommendation to the Parks Board for what should be done with the Roberts Stadium property. Today he explained his plan in greater detail on Wednesdays With Winnecke.

We spent the entire program talking about his recommendation, and how/why he came to that decision. In the first segment, Mayor Winnecke reads for us the statement he presented to the Parks Board last week.
