Michael Kollar wanted to get roughed up by a woman in leather. So the 30-year-old German got on the Internet and scheduled a session with a dominatrix who went by the (gender-reassuring) name of Lady Gina.

However, when Kollar showed up at the sex worker's door, Lady Gina was no lady. Instead Kollar was staring at 50-year-old Uwe Bayer, who allegedly grabbed Kollar and began to dole out his most masculine of punishment.

"When I arrived, a man opened the door," Kollar explained. "I was held, pushed down the stairs, and was going to be locked in the cellar." Kollar was able to escape and stumbled into a nearby restaurant with his shirt torn and his pants around his ankles. It was there the police were contacted.

Now Kollar is suing Bayer for bodily harm and sexual coercion. Bayer denies the charges and insists Kollar knew of his gender-bending ways before he arrived. "The trial is a shock for me," Bayer explained. "It didn't happen like that at all. The claimant knew what to expect."

And quite an interesting trial it should be.
