In an interview with ESPN2's Dan Le Batard this week, Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak started talking about the early days of the show. When he and co-host Vanna White were (much) younger and very fond of a restaurant near the Burbank, California set. Which also served up really good margaritas!

That was back in the days (the early 80's) when contestants would spin the wheel to bank up cash to buy prizes displayed on the set.

Sajak confessed on Le Batard's show Tuesday that he and Vanna would leave the studio while the crew would load-in the prizes (about a 2-and-a-half-hour break for the stars) and head to the restaurant "Los Arcos". While there, the two would indulge in,"two or three or six" margaritas. According to Sajak,

"come and do the last shows and have trouble recognizing the alphabet"

The average number, Sajak said, was quatro. He also says he doesn't mix drinking and hosting anymore because he's too old for that now.

Dan Le Batard Is Highly Questionable airs on ESPN2 weekdays at 3pm CDT.
