INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Indiana voters today will decide whether Republicans will maintain their strong control of state government. Today's ballots include the three statewide offices of secretary of state, auditor and treasurer. GOP candidates are looking to keep all those offices. General Assembly seats and county offices such as prosecutors, sheriffs and commissioners are also on the ballots.

FISHERS, Ind. (AP) — Police in Fishers say a high school student has been arrested in the fatal attack of a man while he was out for an evening walk. Fishers police say the boy was arrested this morning on a murder charge for Saturday's death of Henry Kim in a subdivision near Geist Reservoir. A person walking their dog spotted Kim's body in neighborhood park.

HOLLAND, Ind. (AP) — State police say a pickup truck slammed into the back of a farm combine on a southwestern Indiana highway and forced the highway's closure for nearly two hours. The crash happened last night as the combine was driving on Indiana 61 at its bridge over Interstate 64. Police say the pickup truck driver was taken to an Evansville hospital with a non-life-threatening head injury. The combine driver wasn't hurt.

PORTLAND, Ind. (AP) — An injection molding plant in Portland plans to expand and add some 100 jobs by 2018. The Indiana Economic Development Corporation says Carrera Manufacturing will invest about $1.3 million to build and equip a cleanroom. The cleanroom is expected to be operating next spring and allow Carrera to broaden its finish and coating production capabilities.
