As if traffic going into Henderson from Evansville wasn't already a headache, the Indiana Department of Transportation has announced a new set of lane restrictions for the southbound Twin Bridges beginning Tuesday, March 27th.

The good news is, the restrictions are only expected to last two days, weather permitting, so crews can "perform bump grinding operations." Crews will close one lane on the 27th, and the other on the Wednesday, the 28th to perform the work which is expected to last from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day.

If the Bridges are part of your commute each day, be mindful of the crews working and slow down to help keep everyone safe.
