Evansville's "Citizen Concern" app has been improved and is now available in the Apple App Store. It is now compatible with devices that have the newer versions of the Apple iOS operating system. The app is also available for Android devices in the Google Play store.

This updated version, however, needs to be installed all over again. So you'll need to uninstall the previous version and then re-install the new version. You can find the app by searching for "Evansville Citizen Concern."

To get the new version you will need to:

  1. Uninstall the old version. If you do not uninstall the old version you will end up with two versions of the app on your device that appear to be the same.
  2. Download and install the "Evansville Citizen Concern" application from the Apple App Store.

Please note that there is a small name change and you could have both versions installed at the same time. To avoid confusion, the version named “City of Evansville Citizen Concern” is the version that should be uninstalled.
