To be honest, when I first heard this band I immediately thought they sounded like Better than Ezra - one of my less mainstream favs. Honestly, the band has an eclectic mix of influences and each single has its own unique identity. This band has a bright future and luckily, they write their own music and don't rely so heavily on covers.

Check out Gentlemen and Scholars along with a bunch of other great bands from different genres at Ri Ra Live on the Riverside presented by Coors Light this Saturday from 2 - 11:30 PM at Ri Ra.
