As you know, it's the beginning of coat season. The sad thing is that there are some children without a coat here in the Tri-State. That's where the EVSC Foundation's Hangers program comes in. They have begun coat shopping for children in need, but still could use YOUR help in making sure boys and girls have warmth in freezing temperatures.

The EVSC Foundation's Hangers Program is looking for boys and girls coat donations. If you have a new or gently-used coat you don't wear, consider donating it to Hangers, The EVSC Student Clothing Resource. Sizes in need are 6x, 7/8, 10/12, 14/16, and 18.

However, don't just limit your donation's to just coats. Children still need winter clothes as well. Hangers accepts clothing sizes from 5T on up to mens and women's sizes 3xl and 4XL. You can drop your donation off at Hangers open Monday-Thursday from 8 am-12 pm. They are located at 2319 Stringtown Rd here in Evansville.
