ABOUT THE SHOW

Health Care Heroes is a new Tri-State recognition program featuring those people that have helped you get healthy and stay healthy! Your hero might be a surgeon, nurse, technician, volunteer, fitness trainer, physical therapist, insurance representative or any person in the healthcare field who has made a difference in your life! Nominations will be accepted in the spring and summer of 2013. Watch the Courier & Press for more information and the nomination link. Once we receive all nominations, a group of medical professionals and Courier & Press staff will select 25 of the most compelling stories for our special section in late October and these individuals will be honored at a reception on Thursday, October 24 at the Centre. Doors open at 5:00pm event starts at 6:00pm.
