Here's a list of events and activities for Saturday, February 9th at various locations:

  • Meet Your Legislators - 9 am - 11 am - Evansville Central Library in Browning Event Rooms A and B.  Local State Legislators are available to answer questions from the public.
  • Second Saturday Stories - 10 am - 11 am - Evansville Regional Airport.  Children can enjoy stories, songs and rhymes followed by a craft or activity. Each month, the topic is on aviation with singing, dancing, and creative activities inside the main area of the airport. It's free airport parking during the event.
  • Black History Film Series - 10 am - 12 pm - EVPL McCollough - meeting room.  Learn more about black history during this month's film series.  Selma will be this Saturday's featured film.
  • Design Time - 11 am - 1 pm - EVPL Central - Read Center.  Children from 0 - 11 can learn a creative activity.
  • Evansville Acoustic Jam - 2 pm - 3:30 pm - EVPL North Park - meeting room. For musicians who would like to join in on the library jam and play with others! Logan Dyer, owner of Music First, will sit in as the JamMaster.
