Evansville Area Mysterious Booms Are Still a Mystery

Remember the "booms" people were hearing earlier this month in Vanderburgh and Warrick Counties?  The speculation about what they were ranged from mining explosions to military aircraft to earthquake precursors to alien UFO surveillance aircraft.  Whatever the booms were caused by is still a mystery.According to the Evansville Courier & Press, several agencies including the Evansville-Vanderburgh County Emergency Management Agency, were involved in investigating the booms, yet no evidence turned up as to what the booms were caused by.  So for now, we'll just have to wonder...and wait.
