A horrific and deadly plane crash in Taiwan on Wednesday was captured on dashcam by a motorist in the area.

TransAsia flight GE235 wound up in the Keeling River shortly after takeoff. At least 23 people are dead and another 20 missing. Fifteen people have been found alive. There were 58 people onboard, about half of whom were Chinese tourists.

The plane went between buildings and hit a cab and an overpass before crashing into the water.
