National Rate of Backyard Trampoline Injuries is High – Should I Get Rid of Mine?

We've had a trampoline in our back yard for a number of years.  Emily and Elliot, heck even Jenny and I, have enjoyed jumping, bouncing and playing on our trampoline.  Now Emily uses the trampoline primarily for practicing new tumbling skills and for building the strength in her legs for cheerleading.  Elliot just bounces around and, believe it or not, reads while lying in the sun on the trampoline.  With information recently released by the I.U. School of Medicine regarding the number of people hurt on trampolines, though, I wonder if the contraption should come down?

Corona is Pretty Much the Cutest Puppy Ever Created – BONUS: WHS Pet of the Week

Corona's mother, Clover came to the WHS a couple of months ago from a Kentucky kill shelter very pregnant. She went into foster care and had her puppies - all of which have been adopted except Corona. WHS thinks Clover and Corona have border collie and husky or Australasian shepherd.  The adoption fee for Corona is $200 and $130 for his mother.

Convicted Oklahoma Murderer Dies of Massive Heart Attack During Botched Execution

Convicted murderer Clayton Lockett was scheduled to be executed at 6:00 p.m. tonight (April 29). While authorities were administering the lethal injection they discovered the line into Lockett's arm had blown. Prison officials halted the execution and at 7:06 p.m. Lockett suffered a massive heart attack and passed away.
