According to reports, an Indiana legislative committee made the decision earlier this morning to back off on a proposed bill that would require all public and charter schools to have at least one armed employee on campus while school is in session.

It is with great sadness we report that Phillip J. Koch, owner and president of Lake Rudolph Campground and RV Resort and CEO of HO HO Holdings passed away this morning. A spokesman for the family told us that, "Koch suffered cardiac arrest while in Evansville on Monday, April 1, 2013."
