The Evansville IceMen announced Thursday that Jeff Pyle has been appointed Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations of the IceMen for the upcoming 2013-14 ECHL season, effective July 1, 2013

Evansville IceMen were able to sweep the Ft. Wayne Komets in front of a sell out crowd of 10,500 at Memorial Coliseum in Ft. Wayne. The IceMen scored three goals in the second period to win 4-2.

The Evansville IceMen made a run at a comeback in Gwinnett, GA last night. But, despite scoring three straight goals, they fell short and lost their fourth game in a row.

The IceMen suffered another home loss Saturday to the Elmira Jackals. The 3-1 loss kept the Ice Men in last place among the 14 teams in the Eastern Conference.
