On Wednesday, April 9, 2014 Buffalo Wild Wings is teaming up with the Boys & Girls Club to benefit youth in Evansville.

Community Day will include both Evansville Buffalo Wild Wing locations; Pearl Drive and N. Green River Road and will run from 11AM-12AM. Activities will include corn hole, BWW giveaway items and mascot, one large ticket item to win at each location and a 10% giveback to the Boys & Girls Club.

“Community Day is a way to recognize the champion in every child. We are committed to partnering with those who help build our community where kids can thrive, compete and belong to a team, and Buffalo Wild Wings shares this commitment to make our community a better place for our youth,” said Shanna Scheessele, Resource Development Director.

“What started as a national partnership has filtered into a healthy local relationship and we are encouraging families and young people to support this partnership as we build better futures for our young people,” said Shanna.

For over 56 years the Boys & Girls Club of Evansville has provided a safe, educational and recreational facility to youth in our community. The Club provides programs focused on healthy lifestyles, good character and leadership and academic success. With continued support from the Evansville community, the Boys & Girls Club will stay uniquely positioned to make a significance difference in the lives of youth.

Mission: To enable all youth, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
