UFC 171 is happening on Saturday night on pay-per-view, and it looks like a pretty exciting card. My buddy (and a dude that knows a thing or two about MMA) Jeff Osborne and I are back to give you our predictions for a few of these fights.

The UFC Welterweight championship has been left vacant after the former champ, Georges St. Pierre, retired after keeping and defending that belt for many years. The guy that many folks thought defeated GSP in his last fight, Johny Hendricks, now faces a guy who is more than deserving of a title shot, Robbie Lawler, in the main event of the night.

So Jeff and I will definitely give our thoughts and predictions for that fight, which should be one of the best fights of the year in my opinion. Mr. Osborne and I also take a look at a few other fights including: Jake Shields vs. Hector Lombard, Diego Sanchez vs. Myles Jury, and Carlos Condit vs. Tyron Woodley.

Take a few minutes to watch our video below. You'll notice we disagree on a couple of the outcomes. Let us know what you think about our picks in the comments section.

And now to recap how Jeff and I did after our LAST picks for UFC 170. I'll score us with a possible 2 points per fight - one point for correctly picking the winner, and one point for correctly picking the way he/she won. Understand?
