BBB Offers Customer Reviews

BBB® is more than just complaints! We want to hear about your good (and not-so-good) experiences and interactions with businesses in our area. On March 31, 2015, all BBBs began publishing Customer Reviews inside BBB Business Reviews. We launched this program because we know that customer reviews are an important part of a consumer’s decision-making process.

So what makes BBB Customer Reviews different? We verify emails, follow up directly with the business, check IP addresses, and implement other safeguard efforts before the review is posted. We also don’t allow third party or anonymous reviews.
