Though there hasn't been much to go on when it comes to Zack Snyder's 'Man of Steel' (it feels like the biggest leaked information came from the toy sets), what's been released so far suggests the film will feature a lot of soul searching, and an emo-Superman who's torn between two fathers. Recently footage was screened, and it turns out they're saving all the big spectacle for later.
We've known 'Kung Fu Panda 3' was coming in the near future, but now the film is starting to add to its cast. Alongside series stalwarts Jack Black, Angelina Jolie and Seth Rogen, Bryan Cranston, Mads Mikkelsen and Rebel Wilson have joined the cast.
Jim Carrey has been out of mojo for a while. His last couple films include 'Mr. Popper's Pengiuns,' the motion-captured 'A Christmas Carol' and last month's bomb 'The Incredible Burt Wonderstone.' That may explain why he's getting back together with one of his oldest collaborators for 'Ricky Stanicky.'
In a future where the rich live in the luxurious space station Elysium and everyone else suffers on the now dismal Earth, a blue-collar man finds himself on a mission that could restore equality to the classes.
One of summer 2013's biggest question marks is 'Man of Steel.' There's a lot riding on this picture for Warner Brothers (who wants to be competitive in the Superhero genre), and for Zack Snyder (who's coming off of a misfire and an out-and-out flop). We're hoping for the best, and we're cautiously optimistic after seeing the film's first TV spot.
The production of 'Jane Got a Gun' has been under the microscope as its original director Lynne Ramsay left the movie just as shooting was to commence, while Michael Fassbender quit the production shortly before filming was to start and Jude Law dropped out once Ramsay walked off the set. But it looks like everyone who dropped out has been replaced as Bradley Cooper is stepping into Law's part.
Though we're less than two months away, the wait for 'Fast and Furious 6' seems endless. After 'Fast Five' blew us away, and knowing that Justin Lin (who's helmed the series since the third movie) won't return, we couldn't be any more anxious. But as we wait here's the latest poster.
The 'Carrie' remake trailer doesn't seem to be holding anything back. We don't mean that it's extra gory, we mean this trailer seems to show pretty much everything that happens in the movie. Perhaps the events will be a surprise for those kids who never saw the original (or read the book), but most of the big events are here.
After the awesomeness that is 'Drive,' we're psyched to see what happens when Ryan Gosling re-teams with his 'Drive' director Nicolas Winding Refn. That film is 'Only God Forgives,' and now there's a red band trailer that points out it's going to be violent.
The first 'Grown Ups' had a trailer that revolved around older men urinating in a public pool. The centerpiece of the new 'Grown Ups 2' trailer is a moose that not only lets out a long fart, but bucks up and urinates on Adam Sandler. Oh boy.
