Mayor Winnecke’s No Meth Task Force will host a special presentation by the Indiana State Police and Evansville/Vanderburgh County Drug Task Force Meth Suppression Unit to raise awareness about the continuing problem of methamphetamine and to solicit support for proposed legislation making pseudoephedrine a prescription-only drug.

The Indianapolis Colts announced earlier that their new head coach Chuck Pagano has been diagnosed with a "serious illness" that would require him to miss some time on the sidelines. In a recent press conference, Colts owner Jim Irsay confirmed that the illness was indeed leukemia.
