*Mama * Editor * Lover of Coffee * Hello and welcome to my author page! I am the Digital Managing Editor for the Evansville and Owensboro markets. I have been in media in the area since 2004 and I love digging out the gems of life for you to enjoy! Every day is truly a new adventure in this job. And I mean that literally. We've gone ziplining, fed grisly bears, and even tried out parkour, all for your amusement. As the editor, it's my job to coach our talent but I also have a love for writing. It's always fun to share my parenting wins and funny failures, healthy lifestyle hacks, local topics, and most recently - outdoor adventures. My family and I have taken up camping - and when I say "camping," I actually mean "glamping." We have had the best time exploring all of the best camp spots around the region and letting the kids feel the unbridled joy that only the outdoors can provide. My daughter and I also share a passion for horses. I grew up in the saddle and nothing makes my heart happier than seeing her develop as an equestrian. As the editor of this page, I'm always up for a good pun, a discussion about the proper use of an apostrophe, or share a laugh over a grammar police joke. At approximately 5 PM, 11-year-old Summer Bailey took the trash out on the corner of Covert and Eastwood but didn't come back in. She is wearing a red polo, khaki pants, purple framed glasses and possibly wearing a black Columbia-style jacket. If you have information please call 911.
