Well, here’s a whole new spin on getting the edge in the job market.

Researchers in Italy sent out 10,000 of the same exact resume, changing only the name and address and including different photos with each.

While only 30% of resumes received calls, that number shot up to 54% among women deemed attractive, while 47% of men considered good-looking did.

Only 7% of unattractive women were called, while 26% of ugly men were, proving beauty is in the eye of hiring manager.
